6 week programme (Launching in 2026)

This new six-week menopause wellbeing programme offers a supportive, community-based space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Rooted in the Menopause Yoga™ method created by Petra Coveney, it blends gentle yoga, breathwork, evidence-informed menopause education and restorative relaxation.

Each weekly session runs for three hours, giving space for discussion, movement, rest and connection.

What the programme includes

This course focuses specifically on menopause-related needs, offering:

  • Menopause-specific yoga practices designed to support common symptoms such as hot flushes, overwhelm, anxiety, fatigue, joint stiffness and poor sleep

  • Breathwork and mindfulness to help regulate temperature, reduce stress, ease emotional intensity and support clarity and calm

  • Education on hormonal changes, the nervous system, sleep disruption, irritability, cognitive changes, and lifestyle approaches that support long-term wellbeing

  • Restorative relaxation practices, including Yoga Nidra and guided meditation tailored for peri/menopause

  • Supportive group discussion with space to share lived experience and reduce isolation

  • Optional aromatherapy during relaxation, safely delivered by a qualified aromatherapist to support grounding, calm and emotional balance

  • Practical tools that women can integrate into everyday life for symptom relief and emotional resilience

  • All movement is accessible and can be adapted for different levels of energy, mobility and comfort.
